Payment Plan FAQs

We offer the option for all retreats to be paid for in installment plans, allowing you to spread out your retreat payments in 4 easy installments. Please note that a 5% processing fee is applied to all installment plans, but you can eliminate some or all of that processing fee by paying early.

We utilize a service called Paythen to facilitate your secure retreat payments. The first of four payments is due immediately upon booking – this is your non-refundable deposit. Once this is paid, you’ll be responsible for 3 monthly payments, which will be automatically withdrawn based on your custom payment schedule.


How does it work?

When registering for a retreat you’ll have the option of selecting “Payment Plan” as a payment method. When you complete your order you’ll be taken to a separate page to process your payment with Paythen. On that page you’ll see a customized plan with your name on the top. Example: Sarah Jones Unbridled Retreats Payment plan.

You’ll also see the 3 monthly payments, the 5% financing fee amount applied, the total payment plan cost, and the amount you pay immediately (the deposit).


When do my payments start?

Your first payment is considered your deposit and is required to book your retreat spot. The next 3 monthly payments start 30 days from the date of your deposit.

You can click the calendar icon in your Paythen dashboard to view your Payment Schedule. Whenever payments are withdrawn, you’ll receive an emailed copy for your records.


Can I pay off the retreat balance early?

Yes, you can pay the balance early. Once you make your deposit, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to your Payment Plan Account. In your account, there will be an Early Pay Option to Pay in Full today and save _____. Your discount will be calculated depending on how many payments you’ve already made.


Are there any fees?

Yes, there is a 5% financing fee for payment plans. The financing fee will be calculated and applied when you place your order.


Can I enroll in a payment plan if the retreat is one or two months away?

We only offer payment plans when the retreat is more than 60 days away. We require payments to be made in full less than 60 days before the retreat start date.


Do I need to re-enter my credit card information for each payment?

No, you only enter your credit card information once – when you book the retreat and make your deposit.

You can conveniently manage your credit card on file, access receipts, and refer to your payment schedule through your Paythen dashboard.
