Teens embark on a self-discovery journey to learn about themselves, and to develop healthy coping techniques to navigate school, friendships, and family.
Through hands-on interactions with horses, teens learn and practice:
- Confidence Building
- Self-Compassion
- Mindfulness and Meditation Techniques
- Positive Body Image
- Leadership and Communication Skills
- How to Listen to and Trust Intuition
- Stress Management
- Setting Boundaries

This group is limited to 8 girls ages 13 – 17, and no horse experience necessary to attend.

The investment for the 8 week group is $695.00

DEVON COMBS
Devon Combs is the founder of Beyond the Arena, a certified Equine Gestalt Coach, lifelong horsewoman, author, and spokeswoman. She is a frequent speaker at schools and colleges about self-esteem, positive body image, and eating disorder recovery. Devon teaches teens how to develop self-compassion and build self-confidence through connecting with horses.
