We’ve selected a versatile menu that will please the palates of meat lovers, vegetarians and anybody in between. Each day, you’ll receive three homestyle-cooked meals made with only quality ingredients. All meals and non-alcoholic beverages are included. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages to the ranch.
Transportation:
The airport is in Bozeman, Montana which is an hour and a half (95 miles) from the Ranch. The Ranch offers transportation for a fee, or you can rent a car at the airport. You can also make a road trip out of it and enjoy the beautiful drive through Montana!

I’ve never ridden a horse before. Is this right for me?
This retreat is for intermediate and advanced riders (must be able to lope outside an arena). Please email devon@unbridledretreats.com if you have questions about your riding level.
What is Equine Gestalt Coaching?
Quite simply, it’s healing through horses. As prey animal, horses are highly intuitive and are masters at reading human body language. They sense your energy and see you for who you are, not who you pretend to be. Horses give you honest, non-judgmental feedback which help you reclaim your authentic self.

Do I have to do every activity?
Only the Equine Gestalt Coaching sessions are a must-do. We encourage you to join the horseback rides or you can simply relax, take a nap. journal, or go on a hike in the beautiful mountains.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation, a $1,595 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

How do the payments work?
To register, you can either pay the full amount or pay in two installments – the second installment is due June 30th, 2020. If don’t pay the second installment, the deposited amount will not be refunded.
What other fees are there?
Your payment includes all meals, lodging for 3 nights and 4 days, Equine Gestalt Coaching, Horseback Rides, Cattle Sorting, Create Your Vision workshop, all ranch activities, taxes and service charges.
It does not include flights, shuttle transfers, alcohol, or gratuity (suggestion $150 – $300 total) for the ranch at the conclusion of the retreat.
Shuttle transfers are available from Bozeman (100 miles) and Billings (140 miles) for $200 round trip (Bozeman) and $250 (Billings) per group of 3.
How do I get there?

Will I have cell phone service and Wi-Fi during the retreat?
There is free Wi-Fi and some cell phone service on the ranch. You are highly encouraged to UNPLUG as much as you can.
What is the age range of women who will be there and how many women will be in attendance?
Attendees tend to be between the ages of 35 – 65. This retreat is limited to 7 women.
