We Will Run All Scheduled 2023 Retreats And Beyond, Unless Travel Restrictions Are Reinstated
We are planning to proceed with all scheduled retreats in 2023. We continue to monitor all travel and health advisories as well as our internal policies as the situation evolves.
Our deposit, payment, and cancellation policies are designed to support everyone’s needs: our retreat attendees, our ranch and resort partners, and our staff and retreat infrastructure. We have worked hard to identify where we can relax those policies while upholding the integrity of these relationships and commitments.
Please note we reserve the right to change these policies without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding during this unpredictable and unprecedented time.
Health Protocols
If you were recently diagnosed and recovered from Covid-19 prior to your retreat start date, you will need to provide a doctor’s note stating that you are no longer contagious and are medically cleared to travel and attend the retreat or photo proof of a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of the retreat start date.

Should I Get Travel Insurance?
We highly recommend you get travel insurance within 14 days of booking your retreat. Travel insurance may cover your retreat in the event you are unable to travel due to certain circumstances and have to cancel your retreat. Unbridled Retreats is not responsible for any non-refundable losses you may incur as a result of changing your travel plans or we have to cancel the retreat due to travel restrictions.
What If I Get Sick?
We will follow policies and advice of the local authorities and will assist you as much as possible. Please note that Unbridled Retreats is not responsible for additional costs due to quarantines and/or medical sickness. Again, we highly recommend getting Travel Insurance to help address additional costs that may incur as a result of sickness and quarantine.
What If I’m Booked On A Retreat But Don’t Want To Travel?
Our normal cancellation policy applies.
