Our Unbridled Retreat policies are put in place to protect the well-being of our guests, as well as the needs of our ranch and resort partners and team members. We appreciate you reviewing these policies prior to booking your Unbridled Retreat, and look forward to welcoming you on an adventure with us!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, please note your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel between 60-90 days prior to your retreat start date, 50% of the retreat price will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your retreat start date, 100% of the retreat price will be forfeited.
Retreat Transfers
If you request a retreat transfer more than 60 days before your retreat start date, you may transfer your registration to a different date within 12 months of your original retreat. A $100 booking transfer fee is required to process this booking change. If there is a difference in the new retreat fee, if will be charged/refunded to your credit card. Only one retreat transfer is available and must be requested via email at least 60 days before your initial registered retreat start date. Any retreat transfers requested within 60 days of the initial retreat start date cannot be granted, no exceptions. Retreat transfers are only available with the Unbridled Colorado Retreat at Sylvan Dale Ranch, and does not apply to the Unbridled Hawaii Retreat at Sensei Lanai or the Unbridled California Retreat at Alisal Ranch.

Travel Insurance
Life happens, that’s why we highly recommend all guests of Unbridled Retreats purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Please note that to realize the full benefits of travel insurance, you must purchase it within 14 days of when you book your retreat. Learn more here.
