Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation, please note your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel between 60-90 days prior to your retreat start date, 50% of the retreat price will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your retreat start date, 100% of the retreat price will be forfeited.
Deposits
Please consult the following table when determining your deposit amount:

Retreat Transfers
If you request a retreat transfer more than 60 days before your retreat start date, you may transfer your registration to a different date at the same location within 12 months of your original retreat. A $100 booking transfer fee is required to process this booking change. If there is a difference in the new retreat fee, if will be charged/refunded to your credit card. Only one retreat transfer is available and must be requested via email at least 60 days before your initial registered retreat start date. Any retreat transfers requested within 60 days of the initial retreat start date cannot be granted, no exceptions. Retreat transfers are only available with the Unbridled Arizona Retreat at White Stallion Ranch.
Travel Insurance
Life happens, that’s why we highly recommend all guests of Unbridled Retreats purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Please note that to realize the full benefits of travel insurance, you must purchase it within 14 days of when you book your retreat. Learn more here.
